By booking your session you agree to the following:

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made for sessions canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled session. Sessions canceled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund. Your refund will be processed and appear on your statement within 5-10 days. If you’d like to cancel your session, in the confirmation email from Calendly click CANCEL at the bottom of the email to cancel.

Reschedules

Rescheduling a session may be done so 48 hours in advance. If you’d like to reschedule your session, in the confirmation email from Calendly click RESCHEDULE at the bottom of the email to reschedule.

No Shows

No shows will be charged for the full amount of their reading. No refunds will be made.

Late Arrivals

If you are late to your session, your session will be shortened by the length of time by which you were late (i.e., if you were late by 15 minutes, your session will be 45 minutes rather than the full 60-minutes). If you are late you will still be charged for the full session. No refunds will be made.

Session Length

This is a 60-minute reading. If you or Laura Tati Laira decide to shorten or end the reading for whatever reason before the 60-minutes you will still be charged for the full session. No refunds will be made.

Age

By scheduling your appointment, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.

Prepare for the Session

This is a client-guided reading. By scheduling your session, you agree that you are aware of this and will prepare questions in advance that you’d like Laura Tati Laira to ask your guides and guardians. Allow your intuition to guide you. The Records provide an infinite resource of information on your past lives, present life, and future possibilities. Also, please keep in mind that Laura Tati Laira cannot read someone else’s Records for you (this includes your child, partner, parent, etc).

Confidentiality Notice

Akashic Record Readings are 100% confidential and private. Laura Tati Laira will not disclose the content of your reading to anyone.

Release of Liability | Akashic Tarot

Tarot readings with the Akashic Records (Akashic Tarot Reading) should never be used in place of professional counseling. Your reading cannot offer legal, medical, or financial advice nor does any portion of your reading from Laura Tati Laira (Laura Pérez) purport to do so. You should not rely on these readings to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. If your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine, then you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional. By purchasing an Akashic Tarot reading from Laura Tati Laira (Laura Pérez), you agree that you will not hold Laura Tati Laira (Laura Pérez) responsible for the actions you take as a result of the Akashic Tarot reading.

Release of Liability | Reiki

Reiki is a healing energy sent across time and space. By scheduling your appointment you’re giving consent to receive distance Reiki from Laura Tati Laira. You also understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical or psychological care. You also understand that information exchanged during the distance Reiki session is educational in nature and is to be used at your own discretion. During the session, you may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. After the session, you may feel refreshed, relaxed, or lighter. As you detox for the next 1-2 days, drink lots of water as you may also feel tired and need more rest and hydration. Each person reacts to Reiki differently and each session is unique.

Release of Liability

Laura Tati Laira will only open your Akashic Records with your permission. The Akashic Records are the energetic record of your soul’s journey. In a reading, Laura Tati Laira connects with the frequency of your Akashic Records. The Reading proceeds from your questions. Laura Tati Laira will convey all the information and energy that she receives holding nothing back. The intent of the Akashic Record is to provide guidance, comfort, healing, and peace. The information provided during a session is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

I hereby waive and release Laura Tati Laira (Laura Pérez), members, agents, attorneys, accountants, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, from any and all liability past, present, and future relating to Laura Tati Laira’s services. I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this Release of Liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation or in connection to the Akashic Records reading, Akashic Mentoring, and/or Akashic Tarot readings.

By agreeing to this Release of Liability, scheduling a session or purchasing a reading, you are also providing your email address to be included in the email list to receive the monthly Akashic Tarot message and so much more.
