Terms & Conditions

By booking your session or purchasing a workshop you agree to the following:

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made for sessions canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled session. Sessions canceled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund. Your refund will be processed and appear on your statement within 5-10 days. If you’d like to cancel your session, in the confirmation email from Calendly click CANCEL at the bottom of the email to cancel.

Reschedules

Rescheduling a session may be done 48 hours in advance. If you’d like to reschedule your session, in the confirmation email from Calendly click RESCHEDULE at the bottom of the email to reschedule.

No Shows

No shows will be charged for the full amount of their session. No refunds will be made.

Late Arrivals

If you are late to your session, your session will be shortened by the length of time by which you were late (i.e., if you were late by 15 minutes, your session will be 45 minutes rather than the full hour). If you are late you will still be charged for the full session. No refunds will be made.

Session Length

The sessions can be 30 minutes or 1 hour. If you or Laura Tati Laira decide to shorten or end the session for whatever reason you will still be charged for the full session. No refunds will be made.

Age

By scheduling your session, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.

Prepare for the Session

Sessions are client-guided. By scheduling your session, you agree that you are aware of this and will prepare questions in advance. Allow your intuition to guide you. The Akashic Records provide an infinite resource of information on your current, parallel, past, future or multi-dimensional life. Also, please keep in mind that Laura Tati Laira cannot read someone else’s Records for you (this includes your child, partner, parent, etc).

Confidentiality Notice

Sessions are 100% confidential and private. Laura Tati Laira (Laura Perez) will not disclose the content of your session to anyone without prior written permission.

Payment Terms

By booking your session, you agree to the following Cancelation Policy. No refunds will be made for sessions canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled time. This is a 1 hour session, if you or Laura Tati Laira decide to shorten or end the session for whatever reason before the 1 hour you will still be charged for the full session. No refunds will be made. If you decide to request a refund after your session took place. No refunds will be made.

Release of Liability | Tarot

Tarot readings with the Akashic Records (Akashic Tarot Reading) should never be used in place of professional counseling. Your reading cannot offer legal, medical, or financial advice nor does any portion of your reading from Laura Tati Laira (Laura Perez) purport to do so. You should not rely on these readings to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. If your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine, then you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional. By purchasing an Akashic Tarot reading from Laura Tati Laira (Laura Perez), you agree that you will not hold Laura Tati Laira (Laura Perez) responsible for the actions you take as a result of the Akashic Tarot reading.

Release of Liability | Reiki

Reiki is a healing energy sent across time and space. By scheduling your appointment you’re giving consent to receive distance Reiki from Laura Tati Laira (Laura Perez). You also understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical or psychological care. You also understand that information exchanged during the distance Reiki session is educational in nature and is to be used at your own discretion. During the session, you may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. After the session, you may feel refreshed, relaxed, or lighter. As you detox for the next 1-2 days, drink lots of water as you may also feel tired and need more rest and hydration. Each person reacts to Reiki differently and each session is unique.

Release of Liability | Pet Communication

By scheduling your appointment with Laura Tati Laira (Laura Perez) you understand that the Pet Communication session does not replace veterinary treatment, making diagnoses, ​pet training, help for lost pets or predict the future. Your pet will communicate what is essential to them from their perspective. Pet Communication is the conscious act of exchanging information between two or more participants in order to transmit or receive messages from the heart and address what is truly important.

Release of Liability

Laura Tati Laira (Laura Perez) will only open your Akashic Records with your permission. The Akashic Records are the energetic record of your soul’s journey. In a session, Laura Tati Laira (Laura Perez) connects with the frequency of your Akashic Records. The Reading proceeds from your questions. Laura Tati Laira (Laura Perez) will convey all the information and energy that she receives holding nothing back. The intent of the Akashic Record is to provide guidance and energetic healing. The information provided during a session is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

I hereby waive and release Laura Tati Laira (Laura Perez), members, agents, attorneys, accountants, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, from any and all liability past, present, and future relating to Laura Tati Laira’s services. I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this Release of Liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation or in connection to the Akashic Reading,  Akashic Mentoring, and/or Akashic Workshops.

Intellectual Property Ownership

The Website and its Content are intellectual property solely owned by Laura Tati Laira. The Website and its Content are protected by United States copyright and trademark laws, as well as state intellectual property laws. Any violations of this term, and all terms contained herein, will be legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the materials or Content on the Website in whole or in part, without written consent. Modification of the Content or use of the Content for any other purpose is a violation of the copyright and other proprietary rights of Laura Tati Laira, as well as other authors who created the materials, and may be subject to monetary damages and penalties.

You may not use the Website, Readings and Workshops in any manner that is unauthorized, improper, against these Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy, or which violate U.S. intellectual property laws unless authorized by in writing beforehand.

Workshop Purchase & Access Terms

By purchasing workshops, you agree and understand that you cannot distribute, copy, forward, and/or share the workshop and its contents prohibited by these Terms & Conditions. You also agree and understand that you are to take all necessary steps to make sure that you do not inadvertently share or distribute said materials, including, but not limited to, protecting the replay password to the website to access the workshop replay and content.

By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, Release of Liability, Intellectual Property Ownership and Workshop Purchase & Access Terms through scheduling a session or purchasing a workshop, you are also providing your email address to be included in the email list to receive the monthly Akashic message and so much more.
